Terms and Conditions
Launch-stage terms for use of ArchLink.

Platform role
ArchLink provides a marketplace and introduction service. It is not a party to contracts entered into between clients and professionals unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Professional appointments
Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, confirming qualifications, registrations, insurance, fees, scope and contractual terms before appointing any professional or supplier.
Listings and submissions
Users must provide accurate, lawful and non-misleading information. ArchLink may accept, reject, edit, suspend or remove submissions and profiles at its discretion.
Fees
ArchLink may charge membership, listing, lead, referral, advertising or marketplace fees. Applicable charges and conditions will be disclosed before a paid service is accepted.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ArchLink does not guarantee the suitability, performance, availability or conduct of any user, professional, supplier or project opportunity introduced through the platform.
Intellectual property
Users must have the right to submit all text, images, project information and portfolio material supplied to ArchLink.
